Cynthia Cabot has served as the Executive Director for the Guam Coalition Against Sexual Assault & Family Violence since 2010. Cynthia previously served as a Project Manager providing grants administration with local programs on Guam; has served over 30 years with public/private agencies on grants management and contracts administration; and has facilitated island-wide and statewide projects in Hawaiʻi and Guam with over 25 years of work experience in the fields of health and social services focusing on youth and families, program development, and community organizing.
Through the Guam Coalition, Cynthia engaged partners throughout the Pacific including college campuses to address campus policies regarding sexual assault and prevention programming and coordinated training for community health centers and domestic violence/human trafficking service providers. Cynthia has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
