22nd Annual HSCADV Conference

Overview

The 2025 HSCADV Conference on Gender-Based Violence will be a day and a half on July 15 – 16, 2025. Join us in person at the Ala Moana Hotel for this learning opportunity!

Conference attendees are represented across sectors and include domestic violence service providers, crime victim/survivor advocates, violence preventionists, mental health professionals, legal professionals, educators, domestic violence intervention program staff, children’s advocates, criminal legal system professionals, and professionals interested in survivor justice and anti-violence efforts.

Fragrance-Free Request

HSCADV is requesting that the conference be a fragrance-free event, and we ask that conference attendees refrain from wearing scented products such as perfumes/colognes, cosmetics, and scented lotions while attending this event. These products can trigger serious health issues for those with fragrance allergies and/or chemical sensitivities. Mahalo for your consideration for all members of our community! What are the registration fees? (TBD)

Is the registration fee for the entire conference or per workshop?

The registration fee covers access to the entire conference.

How can I pay for my registration fee?

HSCADV accepts payments using check and credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover).

If paying by check, please mail to P.O. Box 214, Honolulu, HI, 96810.

How many tickets can I buy at one time?

You can register for up to 10 individuals in one transaction.

Can multiple people use the same email when we register?

No, each individual being registered must provide their own work email. This is because every individual receives their own confirmation email and number that they can use to modify their registration if needed and access the attendee-only website and event mobile app.

How do I know if I am an HSCADV member?

If you are employed by an HSCADV member program listed on our website, you qualify under the HSCADV member program rate. Please register using your work email.

Does the fee cover the whole organization or just one person?

The fee covers only one individual person.

You will receive a confirmation email after registering.

An attendee-only website and mobile app will be available as the event approaches. The website and app will allow attendees to view session details, speakers, and materials.
